Collectors Notes: Victor Ramsey is a glass artist who worked with Peter Layton in the London Glassblowing studio in 70’s and 80’s. He is not as well known as other glass artists who have worked with Peter Layton, but his glass is amongst the most original and beautiful pieces in this collection.
