An early 20th century Art Deco banded agate, white gold diamond set box, French circa 1920, the clasp with maker’s mark of Michel Ballada Of circular form with gently domed lid, the anthemion form diamond set mounts and clasp marked with markers marks and obscured standard mark.  Diameter – 6 cm / 2.3 inches Michel Ballada worked at 112 Rue Réaumur, Paris, he was known to have worked for Maison Chaumet.
