A FRAGMENTARY PANEL OF PERSIAN NAQSH EMBROIDERY

Of rectangular shape, the grid ground worked entirely in coloured silks in diagonal stripes of varying widths containing stylised floral repeats, the top with a narrow horizontal border, mounted on a taupe board in a clipped glass frame, the panel 59cm x 44cm, 74cm x 58.5cm including the frame.
