Neolithic Period, Liangzhu Culture (Circa 3300 - 2250 B.C.E.)

Carved from a mottled jade, displaying a range of colours and showing signs of calcification, the surface is generally flat and smooth with imperfection throughout the body and outer edges and the central aperture showing signs of drilling and corrosion
