Issue no. 561 of City Life, 11-17 November 2004, featuring a colour photograph of Amy Winehouse on the front wrapper, boldly signed in black marker "Ta Blackwell, Love Amy", light handling wear, 29.5 x 21cm.

PROVENANCE: the signature was personally obtained by the vendor's husband in Manchester in November 2004. He used to work in a bookshop called Blackwells and Amy went in looking for graphic novels whilst on her 2004 UK tour when she played the University of Manchester Academy.
