Typed legal licence "between Grahame Maxwell Jackson of 8 Clarendon Road, Kensington, London, W.11 ("the Landlord") of the one part, Freddie Mercury of 12 Stafford Terrace, Kensington, London, W8 ("the Tenant") of the second part, Goose Productions Limited whose registered office is situated at 124 Finchley Road, London, NW3 ("the Assignee") of the third part and Freddie Mercury of 12 Stafford Terrace aforesaid ("the Surety") of the fourth part", pertaining "the building known as 12 Stafford Terrace, London, W8" which, by an underlease from March 1972 had been demised "by the said Landlord to the said Tenant...for the term of 62 1/5 years" and stating that "the Landlord hereby grants to the Tenant this license to assign to the Assignee all his estate and interest in the Underlease", signed twice by Freddie Mercury at the end, once next to the seal as Director of Goose Production Limited, also signed by Mary Georgina Austin in her capacity of Secretary of the company, two pages, folding marks, light yellowing, folio, 17 June 1986; with copies of paperwork related to the same address (4)
