A George V sterling silver teapot, Chester 1918 by Barker Brothers
Of ogee oval form with a gadrooned rim, the body with a ribbed band, a panelled curved spout opposite an angular ebonised handle leading to a domed ogee lid surmounted by a detachable ebonised ogee finial. Fully marked to the side, the lid part-marked, the lid and base both incuse stamped with numeral 3.
