PROPERTY FROM A PRIVATE GERMAN COLLECTION
Possibly Orissa, Eastern India, 19th century
Indian manuscript incised on palm leaves, 168 palm leaves of non-illustrated Brahmanic discourses inscribed in Odisha, text on recto and verso, one binding hole in the centre on each palm leaf, bound between two plain dark-coloured wooden boards, 36cm x 10cm.
