An early 20^th century French silver and lacquer cigarette case, import marks for London 1935 by N & T

Of rectangular form with rounded corners, all over with black lacquer. The section above the plain thumbpiece with a marcasite set scrolling motif of isosceles right pentagon shape. Fully and part-marked to the interior. Housed in an associated leather exterior case branded for Asprey.
