Sullivan (of Boston)..., title torn with two areas of loss, further repaired tears, 20 plates, wormtrail and some chipping to top edge up to p.24, 2pp. publisher’s adverts at rear, original printed wrappers with portrait to upper panel and ad for ‘The Champions of the American Prize Ring’, some chipping and loss to extremities, some staining, 1882 § Harding (William E.) The Champions of the American Prize Ring, 14 plates, title chipped in lower corner, pp. 24 & 52 with strip repair along one edge, others strengthened at joint, a few other short tears, lacking front panel of original wrapper, rear panel bound in, modern cloth, 1881 § ‘An Expert’, Boxing; with Hints on the Art of Attack and Defense…, 15 plates, original printed wrappers, some staining and chipping, bound in modern cloth gilt, 1889; 4to (3)
