Opaque pigments heightened with gold and silver on paper, the vertical composition depicting a typical Shri Nath Ji puja scene with three devotees, on the left a standing male character, possibly a high-member of the brahmin caste or a prince, holding a fan and looking at the murti (icon) of Shri Nath Ji with a devoted gaze, on the right two seated characters, the woman holding a silver chainlet connected to a miniature Shri Nath Ji altar in the foreground, the man, possibly another brahmin, holding a toy for the infant deity, set within black, white and green rules and ochre yellow and red borders, mounted, glazed and framed, 31.5cm x 23.5cm including the frame.
