A GROUP OF THREE NEEDLEWORK SAMPLERS, 19TH CENTURY, comprising a small linen sampler by Mary Canham dated 1821, worked with an alphabet and a verse, surrounded by a foliate border, together with another dated 1827, by Ann Allen, aged 10 years, also worked with an alphabet, and a verse, with a foliate border, and a third by Mary Ann Thatcher, worked with a verse, house and flowers, all in later glazed frames (3)
