An early 20^th century Iraqi silver and niello cigarette or cigarillo case, Omara or Nasiriyah circa 1920

Of rectangular form with rounded corners. The front with a nielloed scene of a dhow sailing boat, a parrot atop of a plant, a peacock atop of a vase of flowers, a butterfly and birds, with an initials NL in gothic script cypher, all flanked by trees with leafy foliage. Gilt interior.
