A SMALL MOULD-BLOWN GLASS VASE
PROPERTY FROM A PRIVATE LONDON COLLECTION
Possibly Nishapur, Iran, 10th - 12th century
Of gentle globular shape with concave impressions to the body and a small straight rim, resting on a flat circular base, the thick layer of iridescence concealing the transparent colour of the glass, 8.5cm diam. and 6.5cm high.
