A Louis XV French mid-18th century silver beaker, Paris 1766 by Claude-Nicholas Delanoy (reg. 10th Dec 1766)

Of tapering cylindrical form with moulded rim, incised concentric lines. Stamped P. BONNELAIS. To rim. Fully marked underneath or rim with date letter C (reg. 12 July 1766 – 13th July 1767), charge and discharge of Jean-Jacques Prevost (reg. 1 Oct 1762), additional 1809-19 first standard control mark and the medium excise marks for Paris. 959 standard.
