Plus stamp booklet probably containing 3 Victory monument in Pyongyang stamps to celebrate 10 years since Liberation from Japan. Postage rate tables printed inside. As issued, in primitive execution with poor colours. Handstamp 249 on reverse indicating number issued was a print run of less than 1000.
