A large mid-20th century Iranian (Persian) silver fruit stand, Isfahan circa 1960
Pahlavi dynasty, of dished circular form with a shaped and scalloped edge, all raised upon three ball feet. The body with engraved ghalam zani decoration of a central medallion with three storks and twelves vignettes to the edge with pairs of stalks, otherwise all reserved with peonies and foliate formed against a textured ground. Marked to the reverse with standard mark (۸۴) only.
