An early 20th century pocket optical device possibly a navigational or other observational instrument, made by L Casella London, the drum shaped instrument with twist mechanism opening to reveal a pinhole, a mirrored plate and a glass prism, the outer case with milled rim, engraved C W Busk, contained within a fitted leather case.
