A mid-20th century Iranian (Persian) silver gilt and cloisonne enamel basket bowl, probably Rasht circa 1960 mark of Mohammad Ali Yousefi

Of circular form with shaped rim, a single handle with poppy heads and leaf form junctions heightened with engraving, the body with enamel decoration in opaque blue, white, turquoise, green and red in the Russian pan-slavic style. Gilt interior. Marked underneath with Arabic character mark twice.
