AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY SILVER MUG IN THE 18TH CENTURY AMERICAN STYLE
Rounded circular form upon a spreading moulded circular base, with a strap C scroll handle with notched thumb areas. The front engraved Boston to John 1747 with a crest of a cubit arm erect, vested, holding an axe. The underside engraved with initials P*R in Roman script.
