A MIXED GROUP INCLUDING NINE VICTORIAN STERLING SILVER TEASPOONS, GLASGOW 1848 RETAILED BY WILLIAM HANNAY OF PAISLEY

Queen’s pattern, single struck, engraved with initials, maker Alexander Coghill. Two pairs of sugar tongs, a pair of William IV sweetmeat forks London 1836 by Hayne and Cater, a Victoria pattern salt spoon London 1863 by Elizabeth Eaton, three George III Irish teaspoons, one Dublin circa 1780 by CD in a deckled frame. A bright cut edge Old English pattern sugar sifter, makers mark for George Smith four times only, and a mother of pearl handled butter knife. (Q)
