The rectangular censer topped with a finely-pierced cover decorated with two scholars conversing by a bridge, opening to reveal an interior tray pierced with two character marks in archaistic script, another tray revealing various accoutrements, all raised on a quartet of reticulated cloud-form feet, the base with a four-character hu qing song zhi mark next to a smaller two-character mark
