A late 19th century Anglo – Indian silver bowl, Cutch, Bhuj, circa 1880 by Oomersi Mawji (active 1860-90)

Raj period, of everted circular form with a lobed rim, upon a short, moulded foot. The body with chased panels of foliate scrolls and rosettes above a band of acanthus leaves. Marked underneath O.M and BHUJ

Height – 6.7 cm / 2.7 inches

Diameter – 12.2 cm / 4.75 inches
