Distinctive official cover from Manchu Empire government which was never recognised by the new Chinese government.
17.5.51 Native cover from Antung to Shantung with three surcharged stamps SG 1440, SG 1455 and SG 1506. Stamps used only 15 days after issue date of SG 1506 on 2.5.51.
