Medium greenish yellow, fine, persistent mousseux. A hint of herbs, white apple fruit, smoky, delicately nutty, mineral, orange zest, fine yellow tropical fruit nuances, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, ripe yellow tropical fruit, fine honeyed touch, discreet peach note on the finish, good length, extractsweet aftertaste, a substantial, nuanced food companion. (Falstaff magazine, 01/2019)
