An early 20th century German sterling silver snuff box, Hanau circa 1908 by Karl Kruz (active 1877-1911)

In the 18th century French style, of oval form with chased decoration of scrolls and slats, the hinged lid centered with a medallion. Gilt interior. Pseudo marks to the base flange, also with import marks for Chester 1908 by Montague Friedlander & Co.
