A WHITE PORCELAIN BISQUE BUST OF BYRON European, 19th century, after Chardigny Pierre Joseph (1794-1866) A frontal bust of Lord Byron, in bisque porcelain, hollow, portraying Lord Byron looking upwards, wearing a Greek-inspired attire composed by a soft collar shirt open at the neck and decorated by an ovoidal clasp or brooch, a Balkanian-style waistcoat, and a cloak or mantle arranged over his shoulders, the back of the bust with the inscription 'BYRON' in capital letters and an octagonal inventory label with the number '152' written in red ink, 10cm high.
