Qing Dynasty.
The centre inlaid with five lines of calligraphy, a signature and a seal within a simple band, the flared rims with panels of bamboo weave with floral sprays to the sides, all decorated with brown lacquer and raised on four short bracket feet, 34.8cm x 23cm x 3cm.
