TAXIDERMY: 'SPINE-BACKED CRINK' A CRYPTOZOOLOGICAL SPECIMEN with fierce teeth, and spines along its dorsal ridge. Only when it feels threatened will the spines raise in order to make itself appear bigger, it is thought that the animal is able to dart the spines from its back to deter predators, but this has not been witnessed by western science.
