A VICTORIAN ENGLISH TAXIDERMY KIWI (APTERYX) believed to be a Southern Brown Kiwi (Apteryx australis), mounted on a naturalistic base with lichen and moss, on a wooden oval base with a glass dome.
51.5cm high x 50cm wide x 31cm deep
The species of Apteryx are not currently listed on the CITES Appendices I, II or III. This specimen is Pre-1947.
