A late 19th century Thai (Siamese) silver gilt and niello bowl, Bangkok or Nakon Sri Thammarat circa 1890
Of rounded circular form with a fold over rim. The sides with four Rajasingh within shaped vignettes reserved with a trellis of foliate forms interspersed with sunflowers (lai dok thantawan). The underside with the figure of Hanuman. Unmarked.
