The curved dish painted to the centre with a yellow-enamel five-clawed dragon rising up to grasp a flaming pearl amidst swirling clouds, the cavetto and exterior each with two further dragons chasing pearls of wisdom, all on a dark-blue enamel ground, the white-glazed base with a four-character Chu xiu gong zhi seal mark in underglaze-blue
