A pair of early 20th century Chinese export silver bowls, Shanghai circa 1910 by Heng Lai retailed by Yung Lei of Hong Kong and Canton
Qing dynasty, each of tapering cylindrical form with a reeded rim, the bodies with embossed and pierced decoration of Chinese trailing dragons amidst grounds, each centring upon the sacred pearl as a vacant circular cartouche. Each marked underneath with artisan mark 恒來 (HENG LAI), and with retailer’s mark YL. (2)
