Russian 3 Kopek Postal Stationery used from Liaoyang to Germany. Russian Postmark reads ‘Field Post Office of Liaoyang’ and was issued in early 1904. Liaoyang was lost to the Japanese in August 1904. Tchilinghirian (page 458) records only one cover and rates the cancel RRR. A non-philatelic card mentioning the progress of the war.
