A VINTAGE BRITISH SEAGULL BOAT ENGINE, CIRCA 1950s, 3bhp, with adjustable shaft length to adapt for depth, displayed on a very decorative custom made ebonised wooden stand, in very good working order, 95cm high x 25cm wide x 50cm deep
Notes: The 'British Seagull' was a British manufacturer of two-stroke outboard engines in Poole, Dorset from the early 1930s until the mid-1990s. Their 'Classic' engines were for decades an exemplar of rugged simplicity and reliability, which they remain to this day.
