Apollo 17 The last lunar manned flight, was launched December 7 1972, The Apollo 17 Crew Eugene A Cernan, Ronald E Evans and Harrision H Schmitt. Cernan & Schmitt spent 75 hours in the Taurus Littow Mountaineous Region of the Moon, southeast of the Serenitatis Basin.
