A late 19th century Anglo – Indian unmarked silver mustard pot, Cutch circa 1890
Raj period, of bulbous form with a hinged domed lid surmounted by a pyriform finial. The C scroll handle formed as a coiled serpent. The body chased with foliate scrolls and rosettes, the lid with a border of anthemion below rosettes.
Height – 8.5 cm / 3.3 inches
Weight – 116 grams / 3.73 ozt
