Rosebery (Archibald Primrose, Earl of)

Autograph letter signed with his initial 'R', to Mrs. Laing. Rosebery writes to thank his correspondent and her husband for their "kind and considerate hospitality" which had made his stay at Hawick so pleasant, adding that he had a "lovely drive" to Langholm, one page, integral leaf, in very good condition, 8vo, Langholm, Scotland, 19 September 1906, accompanied by the original envelope hand addressed by Rosebery.
