A Hand Coloured Daguerreotype Locket

PORTRAIT OF A GENTLEMAN, c.1850. A finely hand-coloured 'Twelfth Plate' Daguerreotype Locket, (1 1/2" Diameter Circular Plate) housed in an ornately engraved golden locket, with push button clasp, that when opened, reveals a locket of the sitter's hair, and with an engraving to the inner lid, "J.B Graham, to his Dear Mother", housed in a custom made blue morroco lid with domed case.
