AN INDIAN PATA, likely from Hyderabad, circa late 18th early 19th century, the gauntlet with inlaid gold decoration, with plain lenticulated blade bearing inscription to both sides of the blade, with coloured fabric to inside of the gauntlet, held in wood lined fabric covered scabbard, with metal drag.
