An early 20^th century Chinese Export silver basket, Canton circa 1920 retailed by Wang Hing

Of circular form upon a domed pedestal foot. The swing handle modelled as bamboo, the rim formed the same. The body with pierced decoration of bamboo shoots. The foot rim with embossed stylised acanthus leaves. Marked underneath with combination WANG HING 90 and artisan mark DA JI 大吉 [cantonese TAI KUT].
