Rasputin (Maria)

Easter greetings card featuring a colour illustration to the cover of a young girl seated on an Easter egg and accompanied by several bunny rabbits and ducklings, signed (‘Love, Maria Rasputin’) by Rasputin in blue ink beneath a printed greeting to the inside, further adding a postscript in her hand explaining that she will be in Paris in two weeks, dated 20^th March 1967 in her hand, in excellent condition, small 8vo; accompanied by the original envelope hand addressed by Rasputin and signed (‘Maria Rasputin’) by her in the return address panel, providing her address in Los Angeles, California. Maria Rasputin (1898-1977) was a Russian-born American writer and circus performer and the daughter of Grigori Rasputin. She authored several memoirs of her father.
