19th Century Manuscript Book

An early 19th century manuscript book compiled by J. Buck from the Woodstock area, Oxfordshire, including records of sales of eels, jack and crayfish (some to the Duke of Marlborough), recipes for puddings (like the Ewelme Giant Pudding), cures for ailments, purchase of household furniture, tea, sugar etc, some pages have been removed from the book, some marginal browning, contemporary vellum, soiled, 4to, 1809-1838.
