An early 20^th century Swiss 935 standard silver gilt and guilloche enamel box, Geneva circa 1920

Circular form with a pull-off lid with engine turned decoration, painted with a scene of four cats at a play in a rural setting, edged with gilt Papillion enamel and reserved with pale lilac enamel. The boz sides with engine turned decoration. Gilt interior. Stamped to Interior FBE (fabrique) and GENEVE as well as 935.
