An early 20th century Anglo – Indian unmarked silver bowl, Lucknow circa 1910 by a peacock maker
Raj period, of compressed circular form with a fold over rim. The body with high relief embossed decoration in Burmese patterb, of figures seated on a dias to dancing figures and a kinnaras, interspaced with trees all below strap work architraves with stylised leaves. The underside with a flat chased medallion of a peacock with a tree in the background.
